Can I cancel my subscription whenever I want?
Yes, with no commitment or penalties. You can pause, change or cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us directly.
How often will I receive my coffee?
Depending on the plan you choose: monthly or every two months. You can change the frequency at any time from your profile.
Can I change the coffee origin for each delivery?
Yes. You can change your selected origin before each delivery. Choose from Colombia, Guatemala, India or our blends.
What discount does the subscription include?
The monthly subscription includes a base discount. The subscription every two months adds an extra 5% off the already reduced price. The longer you subscribe, the more you save.
Does the coffee arrive freshly roasted?
Always. We roast in batches and ship within the following days, so your coffee arrives at its ideal level of freshness.
Do subscribers have access to a custom grind?
Yes. This is a benefit exclusive to subscribers. Tell us your brewing method (espresso, V60, French press, moka pot…) and we will grind the coffee to the exact setting you need.
