How this coffee is made
Our organic specialty coffee is artisan-roasted in small batches to respect the bean without burning it, preserving its sweetness and its notes of caramel, strawberry and mandarin. It has a smooth body, lively acidity and a lingering finish, creating a bright and refined profile. It is grown at 1,880 metres above sea level and certified organic at every stage. Prepare it as an espresso or in a moka pot to enhance its body, while gentler brewing methods will highlight its acidity and fruity notes.

Forma de tomarlo
How to enjoy it
Solo
La forma ideal para este café. Tomado solo brillan su acidez viva y sus notas de caramelo, fresa y mandarina, sin nada que las tape.
Black
The ideal way to drink this coffee. Black, its lively acidity and its notes of caramel, strawberry and mandarin shine with nothing to mask them.
Con leche
También funciona con leche, suavizando la acidez y realzando el dulzor a caramelo para una taza más cremosa.
With milk
It works with milk too, softening the acidity and bringing out the caramel sweetness for a creamier cup.

Everything about our organic Colombia specialty coffee
Where does this organic Colombian coffee come from?
Origin, altitude and certification
It comes from Isnos, in the Huila region of Colombia, grown at 1,880 masl. At that altitude the bean ripens slowly and develops a more complex, sweeter profile. The whole crop is certified organic, guaranteeing a responsible origin that respects the environment at every stage of the process.
What are its tasting notes?
Flavour profile in the cup
It is a sweet, bright coffee with notes of caramel, strawberry and mandarin. Its lively, elegant acidity brings movement, while the long sweetness lingers persistently in the finish. In the mouth it feels silky, round and balanced, for a clean and harmonious experience.
Is it 100% arabica and natural?
Composition and purity
Yes. It is 100% arabica from the Caturra, Colombia and Geisha varieties, with no additives or preservatives. The Geisha, a variety highly prized in specialty coffee, is what brings the floral and fruity notes that characterise this lot.
How good is it? How many SCA points?
Score and quality
It scores 85.5 points on the SCA scale, placing it comfortably within specialty coffee (which starts at 80 points). That score reflects its refined profile, its clarity in the cup and the consistency of a bean looked after from the farm to the roast.
Why is it certified organic?
Responsible farming
Because it holds organic certification at every stage, from growing through to processing. That means producing without pesticides or synthetic chemical fertilisers, caring for the soil and the biodiversity around it. The result is a coffee that is more responsible, more sustainable and more respectful towards the people who grow it.
What processing and roasting method does it use?
Processing and roasting
It uses the washed process, which brings out clarity and purity in the cup and lets the fruity acidity shine. The roast is done by hand in small batches, controlled so the bean never burns and keeps all its sweetness and nuance. That combination is what gives you a clean, lively, balanced cup.
